Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015
- We can offer assistance to both Principal Designer and Client with their duties under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
Site Safety Documents
- We can prepare Site Safety Packs including Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments specific to your project.
- All construction works where there is more than one contractor require a Construction Health & Safety Plan in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
Site and Workplace Inspections
- We can carry out site inspections to assess your current compliance with safety law. This includes construction sites, workshops, offices, etc.
Fire Risk Assessments
- From 1st October 2006 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the Responsible Person of any non domestic premises to carry out a fire risk assessment. We can assist you with this and update it annually.
Accreditations & Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ)
- Advice and assistance with competency questionnaires and accreditations such as CHAS, Constructionline, Exor, Safecontractor etc.
